Very patient and helpful! I ordered a queen size in late July. The sales person was very patient and very helpful. She didn't pressure me to make any decisions and was patient with me trying to find what was comfortable for me. The customization and replaceable foam top is fantastic. I was even happier to find that they build everything on site. The delivery company they used was very professional
