I would first like to mention that I am writing a review (I rarely do) because Evrbed NEVER asked me to. My experiences with them have been excellent. They truly have been trying to help me find the right mattress and have done what they advertise which is taken back mattresses that have not been working. Great company that is honest in what in my opinion is a rarity when it comes to buying a mattress.
We Love our Everbed so much. The comfort is off the charts and we sleep very well. In fact I have trouble getting up in the mornings as it is just so amazingly comfortable! The service at Sleep Boutique in Calgary was excellent. We highly recommend that anyone looking for a good quality mattress goes here to shop. Very patient and helpful! I ordered a queen size in late July. The sales person was very patient and very helpful. She didn't pressure me to make any decisions and was patient with me trying to find what was comfortable for me. The customization and replaceable foam top is fantastic. I was even happier to find that they build everything on site. The delivery company they used was very professional
I have never slept so well! Evrbed is serious about sleep, about high quality products and excellent customer service. I visited the showroom twice and I received great customer service from Colin & Jason in selecting a bed. Once I slept on it for a bit, I was finding it too soft, and when I reported my experience, Jason swapped it for a firmer latex later. True to their good sleep guarantee, Jason was very accommodating about swapping out latex layers and getting it just right. I have never slept so well, and I am delighted with my purchase.

(We had that with our previous mattress from a volume outlet.) But our Evrbed mattress was custom-configured to our needs, and we were even able to fine-tune it after we got it! Hands down the best mattress! Hands down the best mattress business model and service in the business. The modular mattress system allows you to customize the firmness to your desired levels. Not happy? No problems. You can exchange the modules as many times m as needed in the first 4 months to get your firmness just right. I probably exchanged mine 6-7 times and every time the staff was super helpful and did their best to accommodate me. Pricing wise it’s pretty similar to high end mattresses from the top end companies but there’s no substitute for service and customizing your mattress which is where Sleep Boutique excels. Will never buy mattress from any other store again.
