Your mattress needs a sturdy, level foundation with no dips or soft spots. An existing box spring or platform bed can work if it provides even support. If your box spring is more than 10 years old, we recommend replacing it.

Every Evrbed is made to order and ships from our Calgary factory within 5–10 business days. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination.

Yes. Each side of an Evrbed can be personalized independently using interchangeable latex comfort layers. If either sleeper needs an adjustment, we can help fine-tune the configuration.
Your Evrbed will ship from our Calgary factory within 5–10 business days. Delivery or carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination. We will provide delivery details for your location after reviewing the order.
Complete mattress purchases in eligible Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver service areas include White Glove delivery, old-mattress removal and recycling. Eligibility depends on the address. Other destinations normally receive curbside delivery, and additional charges may apply. Accessories do not include removal or recycling. See Shipping & Delivery.
Old-mattress removal and recycling are included with complete mattress purchases in eligible Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver White Glove service areas. Accessory orders do not include these services. Contact Evrbed to confirm eligibility for your address.

Evrbed is designed for long-term service rather than a fixed lifespan. Its modular construction allows individual comfort layers to be adjusted, upgraded or replaced as your needs change or materials naturally wear.

Your 120-Day Comfort Guarantee begins when you receive your mattress or pick it up. We normally recommend allowing at least 14 nights before requesting an adjustment. One complimentary comfort-adjustment event is included and may involve more than one latex comfort component when reasonably needed.
An eligible full mattress return is normally available after 30 nights and within 120 days, subject to a 15% return fee. Shipping or transportation charges may apply for additional adjustments and outside our regular White Glove Delivery areas.

Evrbed warranty coverage is component-specific. The latex comfort components and quilted cover have a 5-year limited warranty. The spring unit has a 20-year limited warranty, while the spring-unit zipper is covered for 5 years. Coverage is non-prorated during each component's applicable warranty period.

Yes. Request return authorization within 30 days of delivery. The topper must be clean, undamaged and free of stains, odours or contamination. Evrbed arranges return shipping; the actual cost of original delivery and return shipping is deducted from your refund, including complimentary original delivery. We provide estimated deductions for your approval before arranging the return.
These personal bedding accessories are final sale for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including comfort, feel, size or firmness preferences. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products remain eligible for applicable remedies. Statutory consumer rights are preserved.
Latex toppers have a 5-year limited warranty. Latex pillows, sheets, mattress pads and protectors have a 1-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects under normal residential use, beginning on the original purchase date. See the full policy for coverage and exclusions. Existing mattress terms and prior-purchase rights are unchanged.
No. Complimentary outbound delivery does not mean return shipping is free. For discretionary latex topper returns, actual original delivery and return shipping costs are deducted, including delivery originally offered at no charge. Customers are not charged ordinary return shipping or handling for verified errors or defects where Evrbed is responsible for the remedy.
No. The 120-Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee applies to complete Evrbed mattresses. Separately purchased toppers, pillows, sheets, pads and protectors have their own return and warranty terms. Buying accessories alongside a mattress does not change the mattress terms.
Low Profile and Buffalo Box Foundations purchased separately are final sale for change of mind. When purchased with a complete mattress order, existing applicable mattress purchase and return terms apply; a foundation return under the 120-Day Comfort Guarantee is available only if those terms expressly provide it. Low Profile and Buffalo Box Foundations have a 15-year warranty against manufacturing defects beginning when the customer receives the foundation. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Separately purchased replacement quilted covers and support units are final sale for change of mind. Paid replacement quilted covers have a five-year warranty. Paid replacement support units have a 20-year spring-unit warranty and a separate five-year zipper warranty. These periods begin when the customer receives the separately purchased item and remain subject to the existing applicable component warranty terms. Remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied products remain covered. Confirm compatibility and sizing before ordering. These new restrictions do not apply retroactively.
