Your mattress needs a sturdy, level foundation with no dips or soft spots. An existing box spring or platform bed can work if it provides even support. If your box spring is more than 10 years old, we recommend replacing it.

Heavy-duty foundations are available in regular and low-profile heights on our Shop page.

Every Evrbed is made to order and ships from our Calgary factory within 5–10 business days. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination.

Yes. Each side of an Evrbed can be personalized independently using interchangeable Talalay latex comfort layers. If either sleeper needs an adjustment, we can help fine-tune the configuration.

Your Evrbed will ship from our Calgary factory within 5–10 business days. Delivery or carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination. We will provide delivery details for your location after reviewing the order.

Yes. In Calgary, Edmonton and the Vancouver area, White Glove Delivery includes removal and recycling of your old mattress. Availability may vary outside these areas; contact us for details.

Evrbed is designed for long-term service rather than a fixed lifespan. Its modular construction allows individual comfort layers to be adjusted, upgraded or replaced as your needs change or materials naturally wear.

Traditional mattresses are often discarded when their comfort layers wear out. Evrbed takes a different approach:

• Modular components let you upgrade or replace only what is needed.
• Replaceable comfort layers help extend the useful life of the mattress.
• Recyclable materials are used where practical.

This approach can reduce mattress waste while allowing the bed to adapt as your needs change.

Your 120-Day Comfort Guarantee begins when you receive your mattress or pick it up. We normally recommend allowing at least 14 nights before requesting an adjustment. One complimentary comfort-adjustment event is included and may involve more than one latex comfort component when reasonably needed.

An eligible full mattress return is normally available after 30 nights and within 120 days, subject to a 15% return fee. Shipping or transportation charges may apply for additional adjustments and outside our regular White Glove Delivery areas.

Evrbed warranty coverage is component-specific. The Talalay latex comfort components and quilted cover have a 5-year limited warranty. The spring unit has a 20-year limited warranty, while the spring-unit zipper is covered for 5 years. Coverage is non-prorated during each component's applicable warranty period.
