Returning or exchanging an order is never fun but the modular construction of the evrbed allows us to work with you, unlike the big boxed brands. Our commitment to the environment extends into our policies. We do not believe in disposing of brand new mattresses and the low accountability service policies.
evrbeds are made and designed individually for you and because of this we have less returns than industry average.
Rather than returning your bed we invite you to see our evreasy exchange policy where we allow you to make a 1 time exchange for free.

Please note we charge a 15% fee on returned mattresses. This covers picking up and recycling components.
Additional transportation fees for returns may apply for customers outside our White Glove Delivery areas.
Free Exchange For 120 Days
Forget the ‘no questions’ asked policies. We ARE going to ask questions because we want to make sure you never buy another bed. Let’s keep it out of the landfill and work to make your evrbed just right.
Our modular mattress design means your evrbed is easily adjustable and we offer you 120 days to get it just right. We have a 1 time free exchange on your support and comfort layers.
If you need to make more than 1 exchange in the first 120 days, that isn’t a problem. Sorry we didn’t nail it. All we ask is you pay for the shipping and we will get it right.

We meant it when we said never buy another bed. Not only can our components be updated overtime from your own natural wear and tear but we also guarantee the construction of key components. Our mattresses were built to be upgraded over time.
Components that can be upgraded overtime include
The 20 Year evr-guarantee applies to the core of your evrbed, the spring units. Spring Units and individual coils are 100% covered or repaired for the 20 year duration. Core units will generally last longer, but we want you to know you are covered for at least 20.
