Warranty, Comfort Guarantee & Returns

Clear information about comfort adjustments, returns and the component-specific warranty for your Evrbed.

Current policies apply to purchases made on or after September 6, 2026.

Which policy applies? Your purchase date determines the applicable policy. Earlier policies are available below for customers who purchased before September 6, 2026.

Current policy

120-Day Comfort Guarantee, Exchanges & Returns

  • 120 days beginning when you receive your mattress, or on the pickup date.
  • Normally allow at least 14 nights before a comfort adjustment.
  • One complimentary comfort-adjustment event, which may include more than one latex comfort component when reasonably needed.
  • An eligible full mattress return is normally available after 30 nights and within 120 days, subject to a 15% return fee.
  • Additional transportation charges may apply outside Evrbed's regular White Glove Delivery areas.

Current policy

Evrbed Component-Specific Limited Warranty

  • 5-Year Latex Comfort Component Warranty, non-prorated.
  • 5-Year Quilted Cover Warranty, non-prorated.
  • 20-Year Spring Unit Warranty, non-prorated.
  • The spring-unit zipper is covered for five years.
  • Coverage applies to the affected component; it is not an unrestricted twenty-year warranty on the complete mattress.
