Complete Evrbed mattresses remain governed by the separate mattress purchase, return and warranty policies. When a foundation is purchased as part of a complete mattress order, existing applicable mattress purchase and return terms remain in effect. A foundation is eligible for return under the 120-Day Comfort Guarantee only where the existing applicable mattress policy expressly provides that.
Low Profile and Buffalo Box Foundations purchased separately are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Low Profile and Buffalo Box Foundations are covered against manufacturing defects for 15 years from the date the customer receives the foundation. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Please confirm compatibility and sizing before ordering.
Replacement quilted covers are offered for the aftercare, refresh and maintenance of an Evrbed modular mattress. Separately purchased replacement quilted covers are final sale, with no change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Separately purchased replacement quilted covers have a five-year warranty beginning on the date the customer receives the cover, subject to the existing applicable quilted-cover warranty terms. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products remain eligible for applicable remedies.
Replacement pocket-coil support units are offered for long-term aftercare of an Evrbed mattress. Separately purchased support units are final sale, with no change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Separately purchased replacement support units have a 20-year spring-unit warranty and a separate five-year spring-unit zipper warranty, each beginning on the date the customer receives the unit, subject to the existing applicable warranty terms. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products remain eligible for applicable remedies.
Nothing in these final-sale terms changes existing mattress warranty periods or automatically starts a new warranty period for a component supplied under a warranty claim. Warranty-supplied replacement components remain governed by the existing warranty-replacement provisions. Applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty rights are preserved.
These new final-sale restrictions apply only to purchases made from publication of this policy. Earlier purchases retain their applicable original terms. Final sale does not limit statutory rights concerning defects, order errors or legally required cancellations.
For separately purchased accessories. This policy is separate from the Evrbed mattress warranty, return policy and 120-Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee. Accessory purchases do not receive that guarantee. These terms apply prospectively from publication of this policy; earlier purchases retain the terms applicable at purchase.
Latex toppers purchased separately from an Evrbed mattress may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact Evrbed within that period to request return authorization. Returned toppers must be clean, undamaged, and free of stains, odours or contamination.
Evrbed will arrange return shipping using its preferred carrier. The actual cost of both the original delivery and return shipping will be deducted from your refund, including when the original delivery was offered at no charge. We will provide estimated shipping deductions for your approval before arranging the return.
Once the topper is received and inspected, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method, with applicable tax adjustments. The 120-Day Evrbed Mattress Comfort Guarantee does not apply to separately purchased latex toppers.
All pillows, sheets, mattress pads, mattress protectors and similar personal bedding accessories are final sale. They are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including when comfort, feel, size or firmness is not your preference.
This restriction does not affect remedies required for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, or other applicable statutory consumer rights.
For latex toppers, latex pillows, sheets, mattress pads and protectors, warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to verified manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Separately purchased replacement quilted covers and support units use the receipt-based warranty periods stated above.
Latex toppers: Coverage includes abnormal splitting or cracking, premature structural deterioration, and permanent indentations greater than ¾ inch measured without weight or pressure. Normal softening, changes in comfort preference, normal wear, accidental damage, improper care and misuse are excluded.
Pillows: Coverage includes manufacturing defects and premature structural failure.
Sheets, pads and protectors: Coverage includes manufacturing defects in materials, seams, stitching and construction. Normal wear, pilling, fading and damage caused by improper laundering are excluded.
Contact Evrbed for assistance if you receive a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied accessory. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the warranty and applicable consumer-protection laws. You will not be charged ordinary return shipping or handling for verified errors or defects where Evrbed is responsible for the remedy.
Email Service@evrbed.com with your order information, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate. We may request further information reasonably necessary to evaluate your claim.
Discretionary returns require prior authorization. Exceptions may be offered at Evrbed’s discretion. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer-protection rights. The existing mattress warranty, mattress return terms and 120-Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee remain separate and unchanged.
