We like that the bed is adjustable, and that we can try different softness. We feel like we are sleeping better, and for longer periods of time. We slept happily on a very firm bed for years, but as we've aged, our shoulders and hips are getting sore. Any soft beds we've previously slept on didn't have enough support and we were sore because the mattress sagged. Seems like Evrbed has the perfect combination. When I sleep on my back, my lower back is well supported and I don't need to place a pillow under my knees anymore. We have the soft 2" over a soft 3". Seems like the winning combination so far!

After the first few days of trying out my new bed, I was still waking up with aches and pains. I know it takes time to get used to a new mattress so I wanted to make sure. I've tried multiple combinations with the 2 thicknesses that I have, thought I found the right combination that I have been trying for the last few weeks, until I woke up with stiff and sore shoulders. That could be due to other reasons. I will continue with the combination I'm currently using for a little longer to see if that changes

Absolutely love our Evrbed...most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. Love how it can be customized...my husband prefers a firmer sleep and I prefer softer...we both have what we need to have a great sleep. We've recommended this to everyone we know, but especially those who can go to the showroom in person. We had a great experience picking out the mattress elements and it was so easy to commit to a purchase because they will make changes after delivery if you want. Once the mattress was delivered (seamless experience, even in a rural area), we found it was super comfortable right away and we have had absolutely no need to make changes.

I waited a full year before writing this review because I wanted to be sure. And after 12 months, I can confidently say: the Evrbed has changed my life.

I have chronic pain from hypermobile joints, and finding the right bed has always been a struggle. I used to buy a new mattress every 8 to 12 months because none of them held up — they’d lose their firmness or just never felt supportive enough. Most “firm” beds aren’t truly firm, and they let my joints sink in, which only increased my pain.

But the Evrbed is different. It’s genuinely firm, and it has stayed that way over the past year. My joints feel properly supported, and as a result, I’ve been able to cut back on medication and live a more normal, comfortable daily life.

This bed hasn’t worn down or needed replacing — it’s still just as firm and effective as day one. If you live with chronic pain or joint issues, I can’t recommend the Evrbed enough. It’s been a true game-changer for me.

I tried about 5 different pillows before this one and would always wake up with back and neck pain. Something about this latex pillow absolutely solved this, and I feel very comfortable sleeping on it!

While I knew that Colin would provide the ultimate in customizing our mattress, I never realized how much that expertise mattered until I compared our Evrbed mattress with the dozens and dozens of hotel beds I sleep in each year. Just bought an Empress collection. The latex topper is transferable between the two side so the mattress can be flipped which is a nice feature, especially given how many mattresses are single sided these days. Lisa was very helpful, even though there were some problems with the pick up she made sure to keep in touch with and returned all my messages.

Could not be any happier! We went with a modular foam bed that allows us to turn, flip and rotate the foam pieces to dramatically extend the life of the mattress. We love it and no longer wake up in the middle of the night tossing and turning (aside from the babies waking us up). At first we ended up choosing something a little too firm and they stuck to there word with no effort on our part to switch out a few pieces to make sure we were happy. Best mattress experience you will find anywhere!!!!

We found shopping for a mattress a daunting task until we discovered Evrbed. The service we received from Vanessa and Colin was excellent. [they] custom makes each mattress in the shop behind their show room. You know exactly what materials are going into your mattress. We originally purchased a foam bed which unfortunately did not work for us. Evrbed stands by their guarantee that they will find the right fit for its customers . Extraordinary customer service. My wife and I bought our bed a few months ago. We were able to customize each side of our king size mattress exactly how we wanted it. I was even able to have a firmer zone within my mattress, and this was done weeks after I was sleeping on it. You will be well taken care of at this place. The level of customer service is unmatched by any big box mattress store, yet the prices are very competitive with the big chain stores. Thanks Evrbed and especially April. I have not had a good nights sleep in a few years. April took the time to really get to know me and my husbands sleep habits. After this lengthy conversation and some thinking time, I purchased an Orchid mattress. The best decision I have made in a long time. I haven't slept this well in many many years. The service was great and the advice better. I highly recommend Evrbed.

THIS is how mattresses should be made! My wife was worried that a mattress firm enough for me would be too hard for her. (We had that with our previous mattress from a volume outlet.) But our Evrbed mattress was custom-configured to our needs, and we were even able to fine-tune it after we got it! It's wonderful -- my wife and I are both happy!

Evrbed is serious about sleep, about high quality products and excellent customer service. I visited the showroom twice and I received great customer service from Colin & Jason in selecting a bed. Once I slept on it for a bit, I was finding it too soft, and when I reported my experience, Jason swapped it for a firmer latex later. True to their good sleep guarantee, Jason was very accommodating about swapping out latex layers and getting it just right. I have never slept so well, and I am delighted with my purchase.

I ordered a queen size in late July. The sales person was very patient and very helpful. She didn't pressure me to make any decisions and was patient with me trying to find what was comfortable for me. The customization and replaceable foam top is fantastic. I was even happier to find that they build everything on site. The delivery company they used was very professional

A few family members have ordered this mattress and highly recommended it, I now see why. I was able to speak over the phone with staff (since we don't live in the area) to discuss the firmness choice for both sides and it felt good to know that if there was an issue with the choice made that it could be rectified. Being a component king sized mattress made bringing it up a tight staircase no problem at all and gave us the first opportunity to open it up, remove some components, then put it back together again. You would never even know that this had been done, there are no gaps or bumps. We have found this mattress to be made of excellent quality and like knowing that we can order different components if our sleeping needs change in the future. We have had great sleeps since this mattress arrived and I have already recommended it to friends looking at buying a new mattress.

We purchased a new...king bed over 18 months ago, and it occurred to me I have shared so many positive reviews with friends and family and clients, and many are purchasing new mattresses now...but I had not yet posted a public review. Purchasing our new mattress was a great experience - we spent hours discussing and trying out options. Customer service is some of the best I have experienced. We continue to be extremely happy with our mattress and are always happy to recommend Colin and his team to everyone we know who is looking for a new bed.

Hands down the best mattress business model and service in the business. The modular mattress system allows you to customize the firmness to your desired levels. Not happy? No problems. You can exchange the modules as many times m as needed in the first 4 months to get your firmness just right. I probably exchanged mine 6-7 times and every time the staff was super helpful and did their best to accommodate me. Pricing wise it’s pretty similar to high end mattresses from the top end companies but there’s no substitute for service and customizing your mattress which is where Sleep Boutique excels. Will never buy mattress from any other store again.
